I’m a mumma and I have finished having babies but struggle with my hormones throughout my cycle. I love the formulation of Falli combining key preconception nutrients like methylated folate and antioxidants into one formula. I also love the addition of the herb Shatavari for hormonal balance & libido support! The capsules are so easy to take and have been very gentle on my stomach.

Been taking Seedra for a few weeks now. Tried a couple of other brands before this which made me feel off and the tablets smelled terrible. Seedra doesn't have that at all, no smell and no dodgy feeling afterwards. My partner's on Falli and she loves it too.
